Piramal Enterprises to consider NCD issuance up to Rs 200 cr

The Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors of Piramal Enterprises will meet on 12 July 2021 to consider and approve the issue of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Principal Protected, Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures up to Rs. 100 crore along with an option to retain oversubscription up to Rs. 100 crore, the total size aggregating up to Rs. 200 crore on private placement basis.
