Mindspace Business Parks REIT standalone net profit declines 4.24% in the March 2022 quarter

Sales rise 0.03% to Rs 303.70 crore

Net profit of Mindspace Business Parks REIT declined 4.24% to Rs 275.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 287.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021. Sales rose 0.03% to Rs 303.70 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 303.60 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021.

For the full year,net profit rose 89.06% to Rs 1103.00 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 583.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2021. Sales rose 95.89% to Rs 1201.40 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 613.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2021.
