Mindtree announces change in directorate

With effect from 01 April 2016

Mindtree announced changes in its top level organisation with effect from 01 April 2016 at its board of directors meeting held on 18 January 2016, subject to approval of shareholders -

Krishnakumar Natarajan is elevated from MD & CEO to Executive Chairman.

Rostow Ravana is elevated from Executive Director to CEO & MD.

Subroto Bagchi's role has changed from Executive Chairman to Non-Executive Non Independent Director.
