Modex International Securities announces change in company secretary & compliance officer

With effect from 19 September 2015

Modex International Securities announced that Prerna Kapoor, has resigned from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. 19 September 2014 and Shruti Singh has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. 31 January 2015.
