Monnet Ispat & Energy to hold board meeting

Monnet Ispat & Energy will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 Jun 2014 to consider Audited Financial Results for submission to the stock exchanges for the year ended on 31 March 2014 and will also consider recommendation of dividend to the shareholders for the financial year 2013-14 for their approval in the next Annual General Meeting.
