Muthoot Capital Services completes securitization of Rs 99.93 cr

Raises a total of Rs 909.60 cr in FY 2020 through securitization

Muthoot Capital Services has completed a direct assignment transaction of Rs 99.93 crore on 30 March 2020. With this transaction, the Company has so far raised total funds of Rs 909.60 crore through securitization / direct assignment transactions during the FY 2019 - 20.

The entire pool is from the non - priority sector and has been taken after considering the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India in this regard.
