Muthoot Finance allots 16,905 equity shares under ESOP

Muthoot Finance has allotted 16,905 equity shares of face value of Rs. 50/- each under Muthoot ESOP 2013. Post allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company is increased from Rs. 4,01,17,22,160 consisting of 40,11,72,216 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,01,18,91,210 consisting of 40,11,89,121 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each
