Nava Bharat Ventures appoints company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 01 June 2016

Nava Bharat Ventures announced that VSN Raju, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 01 June 2016, by the Board of Directors, pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee in the place of the existing Company Secretary, in view of his retirement on superannuation. VSN Raju has also been designated as the Chief Investor Relations and Compliance Officer of the Company.
