Naval Technoplast Inds proposes commencement of business activities

The directors of Naval Technoplast Industries in the meeting held on 29 January 2014 have proposed for commencement of business activities embodied in Sub Clause (3), (34) and (40) of 'Other Object Clause (C)' of the Memorandum of Association of the company and decided to hold extraordinary general meeting on 28 February 2014 to obtain its approval of members by way of Special Resolution for starting the above mentioned business.
