Navin Fluorine International acquires balance 49% stake in Manchester Organics

For aggregate price of GBP 5.6 million

Navin Fluorine International announced that NFIL (UK), a 100% subsidiary of the Company has acquired the balance 49% equity in Manchester Organics at an aggregate price of GBP 6.30 million (out of which GBP 5.6 million is paid upfront and the balance will be paid in a deferred manner on fulfilment of certain conditions).

Earlier on 03 May 2011, the Company had acquired 51% equity shares in Manchester Organics, a company in UK engaged in specialized chemical research.
