NDA Securities will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2015, to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited quarterly financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2015 along with the Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the said unaudited financial results.
