Nestle India appoints director

With effect from 01 May 2016

Nestle India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, on 28 March 2016, appointed Dr. Rakesh Mohan as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 01 May 2016 upto 30 June 2020. Approval of the Members of the Company for the said appointment shall be sought at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
