NIIT Technologies provides update on proposed buyback of shares

With reference to the buyback of up to 1,956,290 fully paid equity shares of a face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs 1725 (buyback), NIIT Technologies announced that given the continued national lock down in light of the COVID - 19 crisis, SEBI has further provided an extension for dispatching the letter of offer and tender form within 15 days from the end of the 'lockdown' as announced by the Government
