NMDC announced that it has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary by the name of NMDC Steel, having its registered office at Nagarnar, District: Batsar, Chhattisgarh. The new subsidiary has been incorporated for the purpose of transferring NMDC Iron & Steel Plant.
