NMDC registers highest iron ore production & sales since inception

Capex at Rs 2518 crore is also highest since inception

NMDC has registered iron ore production of around of 30.18 million which is approximately 11% more than last year. The iron ore sales for the company stood at 30.50 million tonnes which is approximately 16% more than last year.

The production of diamonds from India's only diamond mine being operated by MNDC in Panna, Madhya Pradesh also resigtered a remarkable growth of 37,047 carats compared to 31,533 carats during corresponding period last year.

The Company incurred Rs 2518 crore for various expansion and diversification projects which is 57% more than corresponding period last year.
