Oberoi Realty consolidated net profit rises 14.30% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 28.36% to Rs 790.08 crore

Net profit of Oberoi Realty rose 14.30% to Rs 286.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 250.96 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 28.36% to Rs 790.08 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 615.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 7.25% to Rs 739.29 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 689.33 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 8.27% to Rs 2052.58 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 2237.63 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
