With effect from 19 September 2014

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation announced that P. Umashankar, S. Ravi and R. K. Singh have ceased to be Independent Directors on the Board of the Company on 19 September 2014 i.e the date of 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company.
