Towards repayment of debt

Omkar Speciality Chemicals announced that 17,25,035 shares were sold by the Promoter Group towards repayment of loans against which the shares were pledged. The amount that was received is being utilised to reduce the debt of the Company. Total number of share de-pledged stands at 16,65,254.
