Oriental Bank of Commerce seeks initiation of CIRP of Simbhaoli Sugars

Simbhaoli Sugars announced that Oriental Bank of Commerce, one of the Financial Creditors has filed an application with Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Allahabad for seeking the initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of Simbhaoli Sugars under section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
