Oriental Carbon & Chemicals consolidated net profit declines 79.78% in the March 2022 quarter

Sales rise 6.69% to Rs 126.40 crore

Net profit of Oriental Carbon & Chemicals declined 79.78% to Rs 5.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 27.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021. Sales rose 6.69% to Rs 126.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 118.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021.

For the full year,net profit declined 45.48% to Rs 43.07 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 79.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2021. Sales rose 15.69% to Rs 443.71 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 383.54 crore during the previous year ended March 2021.
