With effect from 23 September 2014

Oscar Investments announced that Pankaj Kumar Singh has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 23 September 2014 in place of Indu Kardam who has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 23 September 2014.
