Oswal Overseas announces resignation of company secretary cum compliance officer

Oswal Overseas announced that Bijendra Sharma, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned with effect from 12 November 2014 and Lalit Kumar, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 11 February 2015.
