Naolin Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 August 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

1. Appointment of Y. Satish Kumar as Additional Director.

2. Appointment of Vivek Surana, Practicing Company Secretary, as a scrutinizer for conducting e-voting in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
