Outcome of board meeting of Acrysil

Acrysil announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 February 2015, inter alia, has considered, discussed, approved by resolution passed thereof the following matters:

1. Approval of Annual Operational Plan of the Company for F.Y. 2015-16.

2. Approval of Related Party Transactions for the F.Y. 2015-16.

3. Appointment of Arjun S. Handa as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 10 February 2015.
