Board of SRF approves capital expenditure of about Rs 91 crore

At meeting held on 10 February 2015

SRF announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 February 2015 has approved the following capital expenditure proposals:

1. Rs. 25 crore (approx.) for enhancing the R&D capability of the chemical business at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.

2. Rs.66 crore (approx.) for modernization of Technical Textile Plant at Gwalior, MP.
