Outcome of board meeting of Advik Laboratories

Advik Laboratories announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 September 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Appointed Sachin Garg as the Managing Director of the Company for the term of 5 years as per the requirements of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to the receipt of shareholders' approval in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

2. Appointed Manoj Kumar Bhatia as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company as per the requirements of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
