Outcome of board meeting of Amrutanjan Health Care

Held on 15 May 2015

Amrutanjan Health Care announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2015, inter-alia, considered and approved the following:

1. The Board of Directors of the Company recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 2.40/- (120%) per share on the Equity Shares of the Company subject to approval of the Shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.

2. Took on record the demise of D. Seetharama Rao, Director who passed away on 13 April 2015. V. Swaminathan and G. Raghavan were inducted on the Board as additional Directors with immediate effect.
