The Board of Directors of Asya Infosoft at its meeting held on 20 July 2017 has transacted the following -Appointed Nixon Patel as an Additional Director under category of Executive Director with immediate effect.
The Company is under negotiation to acquire 100% stake in Knowledge Hut Solutions. In this regard, the Board noted that the Due Diligence work is under progress.
