Dollex Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 November 2014, inter alia, has approved the following matters:

1. Approval of resignation of Anis Khan, Managing Director of the Company.

2. Approval of resignation of Nawab Raza, Independent Non Executive Director of the Company.

3. Approval of reconstitution of remuneration committee.
