Outcome of board meeting of Ganon Trading & Finance Company

The Board of Ganon Trading & Finance Company approved the following -

1) Considered and approved recommendation of appointment of M/s. Vishwajeet Manish & Associates, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of Company in place of M/s. Ajay Shobha & Co., Chartered Accountants, subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing Extra Ordinary General Meeting.

2) Approved the notice of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 31 October 2017 at the registered office the company.
