Inventure Growth & Securities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 November 2014, inter alia, have transacted the following:

1. Considered and approved the appointment of Arvind J. Gala as CFO of the Company as recommended by the remuneration committee & approved by the audit Committee.

2. Considered and approved the appointment of Kanji B. Rita, Additional Director as whole time Director of the Company as per recommendation by the Remuneration Committee.
