Just Dial announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 October 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following business :

- Considered and decided to accept allotment of 15 acres of land on a leasehold basis for a period of 99 years by the Government of Karnataka, to establish an IT/ITES - BPO and Software Development Centre at Devanahalli Industrial Area in Bangalore and take necessary steps in this regard.
