Board of Ganesha Ecosphere makes preferential allotment of peference shares and warrants

At meeting held on 03 October 2014

Ganesha Ecosphere announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 October 2014, has made following allotments on preferential basis, to the 'MCAP India Fund', the Non-Promoter:

1. Allotment of 31,07,500 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) of Rs. 100/- each, convertible into 27,25,877 Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 114/- per Equity Share and

2. Allotment of 2,50,000 Warrants, convertible into equal number of Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 114/- per Equity Share.
