Outcome of board meeting of MPIL Corporation

MPIL Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 February 2015, has take on record/approved the following:

1. Drushti Desai, Director of the Company has been designated as "Woman Director" of the Company w.e.f. 06 February 2015.

2. K. Krishnamoorthy has been appointed as an Additional Director -Independent of the Company w.e.f. 06 February 2015.

3. Ruta Dabke has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and She has been Designated as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company.

4. Delisting of the Equity shares from Pune Stock Exchange and Calcutta Stock Exchange.
