Outcome of board meeting of New Markets Advisory

Held on 26 March 2015

New Markets Advisory announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 March 2015, has approved the following:

1. To appoint Hema dasgupta as a Non-executive, Independent, woman Director on the Board of the Company after completion of required formalities.

2. The Company Secretary of the Company will be appointed after receipt of applications and selection of suitable candidate.

3. The Chief Finance Officer of the Company will be appointed after receipt of application and selection of suitable candidate.
