PMC Fincorp that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 19 November 2015, inter alia, to consider and transact the following businesses:1. Issue of 2,25,00,000 (Two Crores Twenty Five Lakhs only) convertible warrants of face value of Rs. 1/- each to promoters on preferential basis at a price of Rs. 3.50/- (Rupees Three and Fifty Paisa only) as per Regulation 76(1) of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 and Regulation 76B of the SEBI (ICDR) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2015.
2. Increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company, if required consequent to the issue of warrants to the promoters of the Company.
3. To approve draft notice of the Postal Ballot to be sent to all the Equity Shareholders of the Company and other relevant documents.
