Outcome of board meeting of Rainbow Papers

At meeting held on 22 May 2014

The Board of Directors of Rainbow Papers at its meeting held on 22 May 2014, has recommended the appointment of Pary & Co, as statutory auditors of the Company. The Board has, subject to approval of members, decided to raise long term funds upto an amount of Rs 500 crore.
