Outcome of board meeting of S R G Securities Finance

The Board of S R G Securities Finance has approved issue of Equity Shares upto an amount not exceeding Rs. 3.75 crore (Rupees Three Crore Seventy Five Lakhs Only) (including premium thereon), on private placement/preferential basis to promoter and non- promoter investors, on such terms & conditions, in such manner and at such price, as may be decided by the Board.
