Outcome of board meeting of Siemens

Held on 25 November 2014

Siemens announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 November 2014, inter alia, has taken following decisions:

- Consequent to the retiring Auditors, Messrs. S. R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, intimating to the Company their unwillingness to be re-appointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, recommended the appointment of Messrs. S R B C & Co. LLP as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of four years i.e. from FY 2014-15 to FY 2017-18 in place of the retiring Auditors - Messrs. S. R. Batliboi & Associates LLP. Messrs S R B C & Co. LLP and Messrs S. R. Batliboi & Associates LLP belong to the same network of audit firms.
