The Board of Sinner Energy India at its meeting held on 09 June 2018 has approved the following -To Shift the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Gujarat to the State of Maharashtra.
To Alter the Main Objects of the Company and Amend the Memorandum of Association accordingly by entering New Business Activities relating to Construction Business and I.T activities.
To Change the Name of the Company.
Approved the Notice of the Postal Ballot and finalized the Calendar of Events.
