Outcome of board meeting of Synergy Bizcon

Synergy Bizcon announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 September 2015 has decided:

1. To make an application for listing of 1,23,25,000 equity shares on trading platform of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE); and

2. Expand its Business activity by launching an E-commerce platform in order to reach the customers all over the world within Six months.
