Vakrangee announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 December 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following businesses:1. Discussed on the new Payments Banks Guidelines issued by the Reserve of India, approved making an application for its License by the Company in the capacity of Corporate Business Correspondent and constituted a committee to be called as "Payments Banks committee" to look into all the matters and required compliances relating to the Payments Banks on behalf of the Company.
2. Considered and approved the appointment of T. Sitharthan as Nominee director, representing the Life Insurance Corporation of India on the board of the Company.
3. Considered and approved new logo and tag lines of the Company and the projects undertaken / to be undertaken by the Company.
