Outcome of board meeting of Vama Industries

Held on 10 September 2015

Vama Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 September 2015, inter alia has considered and approved the following:

1. Allotted 3,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to V. Atchyuta Rama Raju (a promoter) upon conversion of equal number of warrants.

2. Appointed Rohit Tibrewal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in place of Ms. Shilpa Kotagiri.
