The Board of Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients at its meeting held on 14 February 2018 has proposed and approved the acquisition of 100% equity shares of Arjun Food Colorants Manufacturing, an entity owned and held by the Promoters Group of the Company for a consideration of Rs. 7.92 crore. The proposed acquisition will be subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
