Outcome of board meeting of Visaka Industries

Held on 06 September 2014

Visaka Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 September 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. V. Vallinath who is presently working as President (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer of the Company has been appointed as Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company for a period of three years effective from 09 September 2014 to 08 September 2017 and

2. P. Srikar Reddy has been appointed, in pursuance of Clause 108 of Articles of Association of the Company, as an Additional Director of the Company with immediate effect i.e. 06 September 2014.
