Outcome of board meeting of Vishwamitra Financial Services

Vishwamitra Financial Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 March 2015 has considered and approved the following:-

1. The Board confirmed the resignation of Neha Singh, the Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 03 March 2015.

2. The Board confirmed the resignation of Sanjay Kumar Pandit which will effect from 10 March 2015.

3. The Board gave the approval for appointment of A. K. Sahay for the post of the Director of the Company w.e.f. 08 March 2015.
