Paraan approves scheme of demerger of Logistics business

Effective from 10 September 2013

Paraan announced that vide order dated 29 April 2013 read with order dated 22 July 2013, the the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat approved the scheme of demerger of Logistics business of Asis Logistics with the company and the said order has been filed with the Registrar of Companies effective from 10 September 2013.
