PC Jeweller announces incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary

PC Jeweller announced that the Company has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary namely Transforming Retail (CIN: U52100DL2014PTC271871) with an initial investment of Rs.1,00,000/-.Hence, as on date the Company have two wholly owned subsidiaries namely
(1) PC Universal
(2) Transforming Retail.
