Peoples Investments announces change in directorate

With effect frlom 30 July 2015

Peoples Investments announced that the Board in their meeting held on 30 July 2015 appointed Jitender Agarwal, as an Additional Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Further the Company has informed that, G. M. Jain, Director of Company has resigned with effect from 30 June 2015.
