Scheme becomes effective from 01 April 2022
Pidilite Industries announced that subsequent to the NCLT approval of the scheme of amalgamation of Cipy Polyurethanes into Pidilite Industries, both companies filed the Form No. INC-28 with Registrar of Companies.
